Healthy Choices Happy Customers

All of us in the restaurant business forget all to often that we need to provide our customers with healthy menu selections. The obvious choices are salads with low fat dressings or broiled fish options such as tilapia or triggerfish (the new tilapia) . Whole wheat pasta is always a good bet as there are many people that are carb sensitive or are simply watching their carb intake.
